All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and local customs handling. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD.
  • A flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD applies to orders under $75 USD.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Addresses
